5. AI-Generated Content

Virtual try-on previews are AI-generated simulations for reference purposes only. Actual clothing appearance, fit, and color may vary. We do not guarantee exact accuracy of AI-generated previews.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indie ai tech Solution Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
